I check device compatibility, accounts, apps, Wi-Fi needs, placement considerations, subscriptions, and who should have access.
3. Configure and test it
We connect compatible devices, organize names and rooms, configure alerts or routines, test the setup, and make sure you know how to use it.
Clear service boundary: Untrained Momentum provides consumer technology planning, setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. Electrical work, permanent wiring, construction, physical mounting, and structural modifications are not included.

No. I can help you decide what you actually need and check compatibility before you spend money.
Can you work with devices I already own?
Yes. Existing-device troubleshooting and cleanup are common reasons to call.
Can smart-home equipment guarantee safety?
No. Cameras, alerts, sensors, location tools, and connected devices can support a broader safety plan, but they cannot prevent every incident or replace supervision, emergency services, or appropriate professional care.
Where do you provide on-site service?
On-site appointments are available in Big Rapids and surrounding Mid-Michigan communities. Travel outside the standard local area may require an additional quote.
