For more than two decades, I have worked where technology, operations, security, projects, and people meet.
My background includes regulated technology environments, information security, Microsoft workplace systems, project management, business analysis, process improvement, workflow automation, documentation, vendor coordination, and the everyday work of getting systems to function in the real world.
I lead each client relationship directly and remain accountable for the work. When a project needs a specialized skill or additional capacity, I can coordinate trusted collaborators instead of pretending one person should do everything.
How I work
The first version of a technical or operational problem is rarely the whole problem. I start with what you are trying to accomplish and what is getting in the way.
You should understand your options well enough to make a confident decision. Jargon is never a substitute for clarity.
More software, complexity, and recurring cost are not automatically better. The solution should fit the person, team, budget, risk, and actual business need.
That may mean documentation, cleanup, training, safer practices, clearer ownership, or a plan for what happens next—not just a temporary fix.

What the name means
“Untrained” is a reminder that the most useful ideas do not always arrive through the expected path.
Curiosity, hard-earned experience, willingness to ask better questions, and the confidence to challenge a broken process can create better outcomes than following convention simply because that is how something has always been done.
