Founder-led · Remote across the United States

When the business has momentum but the back office is struggling to keep up.

Jennifer steps into the messy middle—where leads, people, tools, documentation, vendors, and unfinished projects collide—then creates a clear plan and stays accountable while the work moves forward.

A strong fit for owner-led service businesses

The problem is rarely just the software.

The real friction usually lives in the handoffs: from an inquiry to an estimate, from a new hire to a productive team member, or from an owner’s decision to completed implementation.

Construction and field services

Keep the office, crews, customers, and job information moving together.

Support for lead and estimate follow-up, onboarding, documentation, scheduling handoffs, vendor coordination, websites, and technology projects. We do not provide engineering, trade, safety, or legal services.

Non-medical home-care operations

Reduce administrative friction without stepping into clinical care.

Support for public-facing inquiry handling, caregiver onboarding workflows, SOPs, staffing coordination, websites, and business systems. Patient information and clinical systems require a separately evaluated security and compliance scope.

Core capabilities

Fix the friction between people, process, and technology.

The work is scoped around an outcome, not a pile of vague consulting hours.

Where we fit

Senior-level help without enterprise overhead.

Untrained Momentum is built for the gap between “we will figure it out ourselves” and an expensive full-service MSP or consulting firm.

You have 1–50 people and technology has become somebody's second job

We create ownership, order, and documentation around work that has been handled informally.

You know the outcome but need someone to drive the project

We translate the business need into a plan, coordinate the moving parts, and keep decisions visible.

Business-service questions

Straight answers before we start.

Do you provide traditional 24/7 managed IT services?

No. Untrained Momentum provides practical support, projects, administration, documentation, and operational improvement. If your business requires a 24/7 help desk, security operations center, or around-the-clock monitoring, we can help define the need and coordinate an appropriate specialist.

Can you work with our existing IT provider or vendors?

Yes. Vendor coordination and translating between operational and technical stakeholders are core strengths. The goal is clearer ownership and better outcomes, not unnecessary replacement.

Do you work outside Michigan?

Yes. Business services are available remotely across the United States. On-site availability depends on location and project scope.

Can you automate a process that is currently manual?

Often, yes. We begin by understanding and simplifying the process, risks, exceptions, and ownership. Automation comes after the workflow is clear.

Do you support both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?

Microsoft 365, Power Automate, documentation, and business process work are central strengths. Other tools can be supported when they fit the engagement, with specialist coordination when needed.

What is included in the $50-per-month website service?

Plans start at $50 per month and include hosting, routine maintenance, technical updates, and an ongoing point of contact. Website size, custom features, content creation, ecommerce, and the amount of recurring editing can affect the final price. Your scope and any setup cost are agreed before work begins.

Is the monthly planning service the same as unlimited IT support?

No. The monthly service provides planning, accountability, and guidance about the technology and systems behind your business. Hands-on implementation, troubleshooting, development, and third-party costs are scoped and quoted separately so expectations remain clear.

Bring the messy problem. Leave with a clear next move.
