Start organized. Build from a stronger foundation.
Practical help coordinating the administrative and technology steps behind a new U.S. business—from customer-directed filing preparation to email, website, workflows, and operating systems. Michigan businesses may also request resident-agent service.
Michigan calls this role a resident agent; many people search for a registered agent. The agent receives documents, notices, demands, and service of process for the company at its registered office.
Eligibility and identity review
Before acceptance, we confirm the business, authorized contact, Michigan eligibility, service area, and communication details.

You authorize the appointment and remain responsible for accurate filings, current ownership information, and required state reports.
Notice and forwarding
When an official document is received, we notify the authorized contact and forward a digital copy using the agreed process.
Annual continuity
We send an annual-report reminder and confirm contact details before renewal.

Important boundaries
Know what is—and is not—included.
Can you tell me which entity type to choose?
We can explain general definitions, provide official resources, organize questions, and document the decision you make. Choosing a structure can affect liability and taxes, so personalized recommendations should come from a licensed attorney and CPA or tax professional.
Will you file forms for me?
We can provide administrative preparation and customer-directed submission support when the filing and service are within our scope. You approve every submission and remain responsible for the information. Complex, disputed, regulated, multi-owner, out-of-state, or professional entities may require a licensed professional.
Is this a mailbox or virtual office?
No. The resident-agent plan covers official notices and service of process only. It does not include general business mail, packages, a public workspace, or permission to represent the address as your operating location.
Are government fees included?
No. State, federal, county, domain, software, licensing, professional, and expedited fees are paid separately unless a written proposal expressly says otherwise.
Tell us where you are in the process. We’ll map the next practical step.
