Book an on-site visit when the problem needs hands-on work: hardware, device placement, smart-home setup, connection issues, equipment access or anything that is just easier to fix when I’m standing there with it.
Before You Book
Here’s what to expect.
- We’ll start with the problem you booked me for and work through it from there.
- Please make sure I can get to whatever I may need: the device, router, outlets, room, equipment or account involved.
- If passwords or account access might be needed, have them handy. You never need to send me passwords ahead of time.
- If I find that you need a part, replacement device or other equipment, I’ll explain it before anything else happens.
- Most visits are finished within the included hour. If we need more time, it’s $75/hour after that.
- Travel more than 30 miles from Big Rapids, MI may have an additional travel fee.
If the problem is software, email, accounts, settings, updates, printer software or a typical computer issue, remote support may be all you need and costs less.

Cancellation & service policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment for a full refund of the amount paid.
Less than 12 hours before the appointment, but before travel or work has begun, a 50% refund is available. Once travel or work has begun, or within 1 hour of the appointment time plus estimated travel time, the amount paid is nonrefundable.
Your appointment includes diagnostic and troubleshooting time, but repair or resolution is not guaranteed during the first visit.
