What Counts as an Update?

Small changes should stay small.

Your two included monthly updates are intended for routine content changes, not redesigns or new functionality.

Examples include changing business hours, replacing a photo, updating a phone number, changing a price, adjusting existing wording, adding a short announcement, or updating a staff bio.

Unused updates do not roll over. Larger changes, new pages, redesign work, integrations, CRM features, databases, or new functionality are quoted separately.

Managed Website vs. Third-Party Website Help

The $50 rental applies to websites we build and manage.

The managed website rental is intentionally built around websites created and maintained by Untrained Momentum so we can control quality, performance, updates, and support.

If you already have a website with another provider or website builder, we can still review it and may be able to help with repairs, updates, redesigns, migrations, or ongoing support.

Third-party website work is quoted separately because cost and effort can vary based on the provider, account access, platform limitations, existing setup, and the changes you need.

A Managed Service

What “website rental” means.

You are paying for an active managed website service rather than purchasing the website build outright.

Your business keeps ownership of its domain, logo, original photos, business information, and customer data. The website design, build, and managed website service remain with Untrained Momentum while your subscription is active.

If the managed website subscription ends, the hosted managed website service ends as well. This structure is what allows us to keep the initial setup cost and monthly price accessible for small businesses.

Common questions.

Is the setup fee always the same?

No. Setup is based on the amount of content, number of pages, design requirements, and complexity. You receive the setup price before work begins.

Do I have to make website changes myself?

No. The point of the managed plan is that you can send us routine changes instead of maintaining the website yourself.

What if I need more than two updates in a month?

You can purchase additional minor updates for $20 each. Larger work is quoted separately.

Can I add booking later?

Yes. Booking and other optional features can be added when your business needs them.

Are CRM and database features included?

No. CRM systems, customer databases, portals, dashboards, inventory systems, and other data-driven features are separate services because they require additional setup, storage, security, and ongoing management.

What if my website is already with another provider or website builder?

We can review the site and may be able to help, but that work is separate from the $50 managed website rental. Third-party website support is quoted based on the provider, access available, platform limitations, and the work required.
