Messaging & Email Abuse Policy
Effective October 2, 2026
This policy explains how Untrained Momentum, LLC approaches business email, opt-outs, and reports of misuse involving our domains or messaging systems.
Our standard
Untrained Momentum uses email for customer communication, requested information, service and account messages, newsletters or updates, and business-to-business outreach. We do not permit our domains or systems to be intentionally used for phishing, malware distribution, impersonation, fraud, harassment, deceptive sender information, or attempts to defeat legitimate opt-out requests.
Business-to-business outreach
Some commercial outreach may be sent to businesses or professionals whose business contact information is publicly available, was provided through a referral or prior interaction, or was obtained from a business-data provider. We try to keep outreach relevant to the recipient's business and to identify Untrained Momentum accurately.
Commercial email should use accurate sender and routing information, a subject line that reflects the message, a valid postal address where required, and a clear way to stop future marketing email. Untrained Momentum maintains suppression or do-not-contact records so an address that has opted out is not intentionally added back into ordinary marketing outreach.
Opting out
You may ask us to stop nonessential marketing email by using the unsubscribe or opt-out method provided in the message, by replying with a clear request such as “unsubscribe,” or by emailing Jen.Brynelsen@untrainedmomentum.com.
We aim to process opt-out requests promptly and, for messages subject to the federal CAN-SPAM Act, within the time required by law. An opt-out from marketing does not prevent messages that are reasonably necessary to complete a transaction, provide a requested service, address billing or account matters, communicate security information, or otherwise support an existing business relationship.
Purchased, compiled, and public business contact data
When we use business contact data from a third party or public source, we expect the source and our own use of that information to support lawful business outreach. We do not consider the existence of a public email address permission to ignore an opt-out, and we do not intentionally use lists for indiscriminate mass messaging unrelated to the recipient's apparent business activity.
Abuse involving our domain
If you receive a message that appears to come from an Untrained Momentum domain and you believe it is fraudulent, abusive, misleading, malicious, or was sent after a valid opt-out, please report it. Include the message, sender address, subject line, date, and—when practical—the full message headers so we can investigate.
Send reports to Jen.Brynelsen@untrainedmomentum.com with the subject Email abuse report.
Third-party sending platforms
We may use third-party email, CRM, newsletter, or outreach platforms. Those providers may process message-delivery data under their own terms. Using another provider to send a message does not change our expectation that Untrained Momentum messaging follow this policy and applicable law.
Security and spoofing
Email addresses and domains can be spoofed. A message displaying an Untrained Momentum address is not, by itself, proof that the message originated from us. If a message asks for unusual credentials, payment changes, security codes, or other sensitive information, verify the request through a known contact method before acting.
